Diagnose
We look at the system as it actually is, not as the diagram says it is. This includes people, tooling, costs and constraints.

Architecture, scope and a written plan, with the trade-offs stated plainly rather than buried.

Short iterations and working software. You see progress weekly.

Hand over
Documentation, training and a clean exit or a retainer, if you would rather we stayed.

A different kind
of AI device.
We are designing and building our own AI device. A small, deliberate piece of hardware that does one thing properly, without the noise. It is still in prototype. We will say more when it is ready.

Aethosoft is a freelance studio by design. You work directly with the person doing the work. No account layer, no handover to a junior, no surprises on the invoice.
Professional hands only
Every engagement is run and delivered by a software engineer. The person you meet in the first call is the person writing the code.
Written down
Architecture decisions, runbooks and handover notes are part of the deliverable, not an afterthought.
No lock-in
You own the code, the infrastructure and the accounts. If you want to leave, leaving is easy - that is the point.
